Refund policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  All accessories, tags, and manuals must be included.

  Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  Personal care items (e.g., trimmers, massagers, nasal/ear products)

  Innerwear or wearable products worn for direct contact with the body

  Reason for return

  Photos or video showing the product condition (mandatory)

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

 Return Shipping

  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  We recommend using a trackable courier service.

 Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect it:

 Your refund will be issued within 3–7 business days

 Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your choice.

 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Damaged / Wrong Product Received

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  Report it within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  Send clear photos/video to khokhicart@gmail.com.

  We will provide a free replacement or full refund.

 Order Cancellation

  You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you must follow the return process.

 Important Notes

  Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  We hold the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
