Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will be updated via email if there is any significant delay.


2. Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically take:

  Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days

  Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or operational issues beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

From time to time, KhokhiCart may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier website.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If you enter an incorrect address or the courier is unable to deliver due to unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  Reshipping charges may apply.

  Refunds (if eligible) will exclude shipping fees.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

KhokhiCart is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
However, we will assist you in raising a complaint with the courier company.

If the package arrives damaged:

  Please take clear photos and contact us within 24–48 hours at khokhicart@gmail.com.


7. International Shipping

Currently, KhokhiCart does not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.


8. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  Courier partners

  Natural disasters

  Political events

  Public holidays

  Remote area logistics
